We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief note on what went wrong. We respond within 1–2 business days.

What's Covered

  • You tried the product and it didn't meet your expectations — we'll issue a full refund.
  • Your order arrived damaged or was lost in transit — we'll send a replacement at no charge.
  • You received the wrong item — we'll ship the correct one immediately.

What's Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
  • Orders where more than half the product has been used (except where the product caused an adverse reaction).
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers — contact the retailer directly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly and a chargeback causes unnecessary delays. If you've already contacted us and feel your issue wasn't resolved fairly, we understand — but please give us the chance first.
